"I had been with Allstate over 31 years and recently switched to State Farm with Dan Garber (DJ) due to his excellent customer service and knowledge. This was not an easy decision after being with someone for so many years, but DJ is a level above other insurance agents. DJ is always available for questions and very timely in responses. I have a bunch of kids and he was absolutely wonderful in helping them set up their policies so they could be independent. In fact, it was one of my daughters who initially contacted him out of the blue. Again, Jennifer has gone above and beyond the call of duty for my family and I. I have a 21 year old granddaughter who was blowing up my phone while I was at work the other day wanting to know how long it would take to get her added to my policy so she could drive one of the vehicles I have. Jennifer had just returned from a week off but she diligently handled the situation as a top priority. I realized just how much of a pain I could be looking back on all the emails I sent Jennifer that day. As always, Jennifer has treated me with a gentle touch. She puts a smile on my face that day by making this 21 year old a happy person :-) Thank you Jennifer!"
